Versatex Building Products, a leader in cellular PVC trim products, is actively looking for quality field sales representatives. We are greatly expanding our entry level sales position role of Market Development Specialist. The ideal person will be a self-motivated, energetic, confident, out-going sales professional driven to develop and grow a territory by educating and presenting Versatex to builders, contractors, and architects. Relevant sales experience in building products or related manufacturing sales experience a plus but not mandatory if you possess the character traits we seek. College educated preferred, but a strong work ethic is a must. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and good driving record. Person will work a finite geographical area with limited overnight travel calling on downstream end-users to pull sales through our distributor and dealer network. Base salary is commensurate with experience, education and cost of living and will range between $55K - $65K with additional annual bonus opportunity of $10,000 annually. Total compensation package also includes, travel and entertainment budget, reimbursement for business miles, stipend for mobile phone and office needs, full benefit package with 401k match, and room for advancement to Area and Territory Manager sales positions within 2-3 years based on performance

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
