Full-Time Window & Door Service Technician (Fenton, MO):

Our Company:

Wilke Window & Door is the largest Andersen® window dealer in the St. Louis Metro area. We offer a wide variety of products including windows, doors, millwork and cabinetry to professional builders, remodelers and retail customers. We’ve been in business for over 60 years and currently have two large showrooms located in Fenton, MO and Shiloh, IL.

Position:

Wilke Window & Door is currently in need of a Full-Time Window & Door Service Technician. This position is based out of our Fenton, MO location and will service the St. Louis metropolitan area including Illinois and Missouri.

Preferred candidates will have experience in glass replacement, door lite replacement, caulking and general repair of windows and doors. Some carpentry skills required. Must have experience using hand power tools and working off of a ladder. Candidate must be reliable and have the ability to work alone efficiently. Good communication skills a must.

Requirements:

• Experience in window/door repair, installation or service a plus.
• Prior experience in rental property maintenance helpful.
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty and lift up to 80 lbs. without help.
• Must possess a driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computer skills necessary including the use of email.
• Must be able to operate a “smartphone” (mobile phone) to send text messages, photos and/or emails while in the field.

• Must possess a high degree of organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills required.
