Job Title: Finance Administrative Assistant
Business Unit: Finance 910CORP
Location: Corporate Office -Watsonville, CA
Reports To: Chief Financial Officer
Work Schedule: Generally, M-F 8am to 5pm
Travel Time %: None
Type of Position: Full-Time

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs a wide variety of administrative tasks including working with numbers, processes, software applications, mail distribution, correspondence and phone screening.
- Supports Company President/CEO and CFO with PowerPoint and other presentation support, correspondence management, filing, and other traditional Executive administrative duties
- Support Corporate Purchasing Manager in the enforcement and organization around requesting and maintaining proof of acceptable insurance from vendors who perform their duties on Company sites,
Timely maintenance of our ContractSafe® application that tracks contracts, and other agreements including leases and owned/licensed vehicle databases
Assist with conference meetings, coordinate and document meeting minutes
- Liaison between our broker and insurance certificate recipients
- Working closely with our broader finance and operations team members.
- Other tasks as discussed and assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Required:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access) computer accounting systems, Google forms, and JD Edwards (or similar).
- Undergraduate degree preferred or Equivalent Education.
- Ability to work well independently and proactively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Requirement to maintain the highest level of accuracy and strict confidentiality.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills - ability to interact effectively.
- Notary Public (but not required)
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in executive, financial and administrative activities preferred.
