The Finance Operational Support associate shares responsibility for supporting finance and accounting applications, reporting and automation projects. This position works in a collaborative environment with ongoing opportunities to develop personal strengths and gather experience through leading a variety of projects across finance and accounting. Communication and collaboration with other back office departments is required.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support PowerSeller reports and functions for finance to enhance productivity of selling loans and commitments
• Create and maintain Tableau reports for finance and accounting analysis
• Lead projects to enhance process efficiencies
• Manage communication and involvement on automation tools with other departments
• Create checks and balances within processes as well as audit trails
• Participate in special projects and analyses
• Cross-train on a variety of departmental tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Coding experience required (any language, any level)
• Tableau or PowerSeller experience a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changing needs of the business
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment
• Attention to accuracy and detail
• A positive, pro-active attitude and desire to cross-train
