Reports To: National Finance Director

Job Classification: Salary Exempt

Work Location: Hybrid (WFH & DC Headquarters)

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the overall operations of the Finance Operations team;
• Hire and supervise Finance Operations Assistant(s);
• Work with Events Director to develop and oversee the budget for fundraising events;
• Work with DCCC Legal team and Regional Teams to manage the approval and creation of invitations for events;
• Track all incoming money to the Finance Department;
• Create and manage tracking in NGP through source codes, contact codes, etc;
• Monitor vetting status of all hosts and contributors to the DCCC;
• Assist the Compliance and Accounting departments with all required FEC reporting;
• Oversee and manage the Finance team’s use of NGP and Quickbase for tracking in coordination with the DCCC Database Administrator;
• Help administer and manage Joint Fundraising Committees in coordination with the Finance team;
• Other tasks as needed

• Candidate must pay particular attention to detail;
• Previous compliance experience required
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize while managing multiple projects at once;
• Excellent communications skills
• NGP experience required;
• Commitment to the election of Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives;
• Familiarity with Democratic political actors and landscape a plus;
• Bachelor’s Degree;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Superior time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities;

The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) is the official national Democratic campaign committee charged with electing Democrats to the U. S. House of Representatives. The DCCC recruits Democratic candidates and supports Democratic campaigns – both challengers and Democratic incumbent Members – with a variety of services including field operations, fundraising support, communications assistance, research support and management consulting.
