Job Summary:

The Registered Financial Representative ensures delivery of individual client financial services, including investments, life, health, and long-term care insurance solutions as well as individual or group qualified plan services.

Crucial Job Functions:

• Evaluate and advise clients with asset allocations for growth/income.
• Direct and implement security trades for clients
• Maintain and prospect 401(k) plans for businesses.
• Service clients.
• Business liaison with existing clients.
• Marketing/presentations.
• Morningstar/Steele presentations.
• Special projects as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Financial Service, Finance, Business Management, or a related field

Licenses/Certificates:

FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66

Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultant – ChFEBC

Experience:

3+ years experiences in a financial field

Ability to relocate to Aberdeen South Dakota if needed

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

Proficient digital literacy in word processing, databases, email, graphics, PowerPoint, and spreadsheets. Excellent math, planning, organizational skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to take initiative and be self-directed. Strong skills in detailed and accurate work. Ability to work with people in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality in all work assignments
