Responsibilities for financial analyst

• Provide business intelligence to the Strategic Initiatives Team when needed
• Preparation of product profitability models by product to predict and assess financial performance
• Detailed in monthly responsibilities
• Research and coordinate the resolution of issues for Credit, Customer Service and Loan Operations departments
• Prepare documents and financial reports for Board and OLC meetings
• Maintain and improve existing financial reports for various departments and for all loan products
• Prepare contingency requests, and other miscellaneous performance reports and analysis
• Manage vendors management process including annual review
• Prepare and present periodic updates as requested on project responsibilities
• Manage SOX audits and corresponding documentation

Qualifications for financial analyst

• 5 years in relevant finance or accounting work
• University degree in Finance/Business (accounting/finance designation is a plus)
• Experience within a standard costing environment (automotive manufacturing is preferred)
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of accounting and finance concepts, and how to apply them to the company’s transactions
• Experience in an analysis/planning role is a plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/IATF 16949
• Previous experience in an analytical or reporting environment is a plus
• Create and review production budgets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
