Job Description*
This individual will play a crucial role in automating, maintaining, and streamlining systems and reporting that drive intelligent, financially sound, and timely decision-making across the organization. We are looking for someone with the experience and insight to develop and maintain sustainable and scalable solutions to replace manual or inefficient processes. This individual should be comfortable working cross-functionally and at all levels of the company. This person will report to the FP&A Manager and will not have direct reports.

Responsibilities*

• This position was created due to growth of the company; therefore, this individual will fulfill many of the responsibilities currently performed by the FP&A Manager in response to the company’s growing reliance upon FP&A.
• The role has a significant systems component, specifically managing and maintaining our financial planning and reporting system - Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Participate in the financial planning and analysis processes of the company, including the annual budget, revised forecasts, monthly reviews, financial modeling, and long-range plans.
• Analyze financial information relating to specific subsidiaries, e.g. company results, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements.

Qualifications and Skills*

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline required.
• 3-5 of years of relevant experience with consideration given to experience in renewable energy finance and the use of SaaS based planning and analysis tools.
• Strong desktop computing skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Domo, or similar cloud-based solutions.
• Produce high-quality, high-visibility deliverables on a timely basis.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to self-check all work.
• Understanding of accounting – including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
