Holewinski & Associates - A Private Wealth Financial Advisory Practice of Ameriprise located in Green Bay, WI is seeking a fulltime Financial Planning Specialist to join their dynamic and growth-oriented team. Key responsibilities include:

• Updating data into financial analysis software
• Conducting trades and money movement as directed by the Financial Advisor
• Investment research and allocations
• Creating financial planning deliverables
• Assisting with meeting prep and follow up needs
• Running necessary reports
• Maintaining files and records in client management systems
• Fulfilling ad hoc requests as necessary.

Successful candidates will have a true interest in learning more about investing and financial planning strategies and a desire to grow within the practice. This position requires impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills. Having a sincere interest in the financial planning and learning more about each client unique financial planning needs is key. This role will need to be able to handle multiple responsibilities and consistently follow high standards of business/professional ethics when dealing with others and performing work activities. A positive attitude and willingness to be flexible in daily activities is a must. Values-based work ethic is critical to success in this role.

Qualified candidates will preferably have an associate degree or higher, 2+ years similar work experience in the financial planning industry and a desire to grow and learn in the industry. Opportunity for growth into Financial Advisor.
