Design Group is recruiting for a Financial Services Specialist. This is a remote position.

WHAT WILL I DO IN THIS ROLE?

  • You will help manage output and controls in both accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring adherence to policy.
  • You will perform weekly cash forecasts, analyzing sections of open accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchase orders, and sales orders.
  • You will provide various reporting to management such as cash collections to reconcile variances between actual and forecast, "cash from customer" reporting to ensure clean cutoff of cash application, past due customer accounts and monthly KPIs.
  • You will assist with month end processes across both accounts payable and account receivable teams.
  • Manage AP and AR project initiatives as needed.


WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
You have a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field or equivalent level of on-the-job training, with experience in Financial Accounting with technical process writing or mapping. You are able to review and manipulate data from multiple ERP systems. You possess an analytical thought process with the ability to shift priorities quickly as needed.

Minimum pay rate: $40,000 annually
Maximum pay rate: $60,000 annually
