Fire Alarm/Security System Installer

$15,000 Relocation Benefit Offered for this position!!

At LocalTel Communications our Guardian Services Department specializes in Security Systems including Alarm, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV Video Surveillance Systems.

We are looking to hire a Professional full-time licensed journeyman or apprentice low voltage technician to join our Installation Department. Daily job functions include pulling and terminating wire/cable, manipulate various hand tools, and operate power tools, trim-out of security devices, programming electronic security panels, fire panels, and video surveillance equipment. Candidates must be able to lift and carry upwards of 50 lb., climb ladders and work at various heights while successfully performing job duties. Technicians will be required to work at various construction job sites inside and outside being exposed to various weather conditions.

Successful candidates will be able to work in a team environment and alone. Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Candidates will have the aptitude to interact directly with the customer face-to-face throughout an installation and train the customer on the various operations of the system.

Job Requirements:

· 2+ Years Experience Preferred

· EL-06 Electrical License Preferred

· WA State Drivers License

· Clean Driving Record

· Pass a Background Check

· NICET Certification Desired

· Access Control (Kantech) Desired

· Potter, Starlink, Telguard Desired

· Commitment to Continuing Education

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
