Who You Are:
The Flame artist has experience with compositing, visual effects, and editorial finishing, preferably in beauty and automotive. You are eager to join a growing post-production facility dedicated to the creation of best-in-industry content and have experience with remote production workflows.
You have strong technical and software skills including proficiency in Autodesk Flame and a thorough understanding of VFX and post-production pipelines, tools, and best practices. You have knowledge of visual effects techniques, broadcast standards, video compression formats, and exports. You have extraordinary attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, communication skills, and experience interfacing with clients.
What You'll Do:
- Work independently or as part of a team on finishing projects including conforming edits, compositing, tracking, visual effects, and mastering deliverables
- Run supervised sessions with producers, directors, creatives, and clients
- Work with facility producers to break down and estimate VFX projects
- Implement and follow best practices for delivering high-volume commercial tagging work
- Stay informed of new trends in the VFX and video production communities and suggest new ways to implement these trends/technologies
Communication Skills:
- Effectively communicate ongoing project status with producers and senior artists
- Collaborate with creatives to solve production challenges and deliver the highest quality of work
- Work with VFX teams
Agency Relationships:
- Work with creative teams to improve creative ideas and executions
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creatives and producers

The annual salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic location and experience. Other compensation includes relocation costs, if applicable.
