The assistant is a member of the Operations team responsible for providing necessary transportation and logistics assistance. This includes monitoring (tracking) and reporting transportation to Fleet Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and maintain an accurate record keeping system

· Tracks vehicles for time spent at various locations

· Perform and maintain weekly vehicle inspections

· Perform fleet inventory weekly: account for all vehicles/equipment and communicate with regional offices

· Reports to HR all employee injuries sustained in a company/rental vehicle

EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE

· High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience

· Experience working within logistics and fleet management

· Proficiency using Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word & Outlook)

· Possess excellent organizational skills

· Ability to analyze large sets of data and draw conclusions

· Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $760.00 per week
