The impact you’ll make:
This position is responsible for creating, collaborating, and communicating project based expectations and goals for team members to ensure projects are carried through. The nature of the projects are based on fleet services tasks including, but not limited to, cash application and banking projects, vehicle disposal transactions and all title and DMV related tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Attend meetings, conference calls, and collaborate on topics pertaining to projects
- Communicate and maintain excellent relationships with brick and mortar locations, tag agencies, DMVs, and other internal and external customers
- Network and build relationships with colleagues and nurture collaboration amongst project team members
- Keep a detailed account of project status, project deadlines, and provide reporting to necessary recipients
- Maintain frequent communication to offer encouragement, amend tasks, and provide updates on goal progress
- Work to provide solutions to challenges that hinder project completion
- Consistently review processes for efficiencies and process improvement opportunities
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook)
- 3-5 years data entry experience, established customer service skills preferred
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and decision making skills
- Maintain professional and courteous relationship with internal and external customers and expand business contacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline oriented work environment
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Ability to learn internal systems and databases quickly and manage company documents appropriately
- Bring transparency and visibility to outstanding issues for resolution
- Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality
