A VALID CURRENT DRIVER’S LICENSE & AUTO INSURANCE ARE REQUIRED.

This position is responsible for preparing to lay the flooring by cleaning and inspecting the surface, installing the subfloor and repairing any defects, and preparing the materials. The floor coater would also coat to seal the floor, ensures the concrete is smooth before applying the finish and removes excess materials. They would epoxy the floor according to the specifications and plans.

Essential Functions:

• Be willing and able to travel 5 days at a time out of state and overnight travel.
• Strong math skills
• Strong communication skills
• Prepping, grinding, and applying coating systems to the floor.
• Non-structural maintenance repairs like ceramic, vinyl, and carpet tiles as well as rubber flooring systems
• Adhere to company work safety policies.
• Other miscellaneous duties, as assigned

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Trips typically are Monday- Friday and 10-12 hour shifts.

Travel:

This is a traveling position that will travel 95% of the time. All travel expenses, lodging, and all food, after your first meal, while traveling are paid for by the company.

• Good manual dexterity and multi-coordination
