The KJSS Restaurant group is a NINE UNIT group with four incredibly popular dining concepts across Nassau, Suffolk, and Stamford CT. We have been in business for 12 years, and have built a stellar reputation for quality food, superlative guest service, and fun, engaging atmospheres.

We are currently seeking dynamic hospitality leaders for several of our busy, progressive restaurants in COMMACK, SMITHTOWN, and ROCKVILLE CENTRE.

Qualifications For FLOOR MANAGERS:

-4+ Years in a sit-down restaurant or bar environment

-2+ Years experience in Hospitality leadership (as a keyholder, floor manager, shift manager, bar manager, etc.), OR if you have at least SIX YEARS of FULL TIME hospitality experience as a server/bartender and are ready to move from an hourly position to a salaried position, we invite you to apply.

-Superlative leadership and empathy skills.

-Must be ready and willing to work a 40-45 hour work week (two days off per week).
