Ninjas are dressed in all black, are fast and efficient multi-taskers. They interact with our guests and as such, must maintain a friendly and attentive demeanor, are hospitality-oriented, passionate about food, are excellent communicators and detail oriented.
Skills, Duties and Essential Functions:
§ Always provide the highest quality service to guests.
§ Setting up and breaking down the room / station
§ Detailing all tables before the start of service to ensure place settings are neat and organized.
§ Creating memorable experiences by way of Flay for All moments.
§ Taking guest’s orders, entering information into the POS
§ Accepting payment and making change as necessary
§ Knowledge of dietary concerns, safe alcohol serving and allergens, as applicable
§ Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area.
§ Running food and beverages to tables, ensuring accuracy of orders
§ Bussing and removing refuse from tables, placing refuse in designated containers
§ Clean and organize eating areas, including wiping, and sanitizing tables between guests.
§ Clean and sweep eating areas, ensuring they are clean of debris.
Qualifications:
§ Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
§ Interpersonal communication skills
§ Exceptional organizational skills
§ Dependable and reliable
§ Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
§ Ability to move about facility and stand for long periods of time and lift to 50 lbs.
