EXPECTATIONS FOR POSITION:

• Must be Available 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
• Must be available 5 Days a week, including Saturdays
• One day off during the week (Mon-Thurs)
• Off every Sunday

Main Responsibility: Run the Breakfast and Lunch shifts each day

• Open the doors on time and set up the Front of House Equipment
• Verify that the restaurant was set up for success from the night before
• Prepare the registers and assign the team members their positions
• Run breaks and work a position alongside the team members
• Ensure a smooth breakfast and lunch rush
• Ensure a smooth shift transition to the closing manager
• Previous Restaurant leadership Experience Required
• Must Be competent in knowledge and accountability with respect to Product, Service, Cleanliness and Food Safety

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to either open or close at least 3 days a week
• Available every Friday and Saturday
• Must be able to abide by strict uniform policies, including but not limited to: no facial hair for men, no more than 2 piercings in each earlobe (no additional piercings, nose, other ear piercings), no face or neck tattoos, and no fake or acrylic nails.
