Job description
EXPECTATIONS FOR POSITION:
- Must be Available 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Must be available 5 Days a week, including Saturdays
- One day off during the week (Mon-Thurs)
- Off every Sunday
Main Responsibility: Run the Breakfast and Lunch shifts each day
- Open the doors on time and set up the Front of House Equipment
- Verify that the restaurant was set up for success from the night before
- Prepare the registers and assign the team members their positions
- Run breaks and work a position alongside the team members
- Ensure a smooth breakfast and lunch rush
- Ensure a smooth shift transition to the closing manager
- Previous Restaurant leadership Experience Required
- Must Be competent in knowledge and accountability with respect to Product, Service, Cleanliness and Food Safety
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to either open or close at least 3 days a week
- Available every Friday and Saturday
- Must be able to abide by strict uniform policies, including but not limited to: no facial hair for men, no more than 2 piercings in each earlobe (no additional piercings, nose, other ear piercings), no face or neck tattoos, and no fake or acrylic nails.
