Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $108100 - $148700 / year

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of all unit management and oversee the supervision of hourly associates; ensure proper hiring, promoting, and termination of associates; provide instruction on company policies and procedures and ensure proper follow-through; ensure compliance with federal, state, local and Delaware North regulations.
• Review financial statements and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Complete accurate and necessary administrative duties, including hiring, training, sales tracking, labor tracking, payroll, petty cash, deposits, inventories, ordering, account payables and receivables, and accounting as needed.
• Maintain the safety and security of all associates, customers and company assets.
• Lead by example by demonstrating the qualities that you expect from your high performing staff.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' management experience in the hospitality industry or equivalent experience with responsibility for overseeing multi-unit operations.
• 10+ years' experience for accounts payable with revenues above $10 million.
• Experience in a multi-unit operation and/or regional oversight of food, beverage and/or retail of varying complexity.
• Financial acumen including P&L, inventory control, menu engineering, cost analytics in F&B and retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours, as needed.
• Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to deal effectively with all types of business contacts,employee affairs, and customers.
• Ability to navigate and utilize Microsoft Office Suite programs, appropriate point of sale systems, and any other required operating machines.
