Position Summary:

West Suburban major brand hotel is hiring for Cooks, Servers, and Part-Time Bartenders. Breakfast cooks and servers hours are generally 5AM-10AM weekdays and 6AM-11AM weekends; evening Cooks and Servers hours are generally 4:30PM-10:30PM. Bartender hours typically 5PM-Midnight.

To be successful in this role the following is required:

- Maintain complete knowledge of food and beverage menu

- Handle guest special requests

- Accurately complete guest orders and collect payments

- Balance cash, credit card, and room service receipts daily

- Adhere to food handling requirements at all times

- Assist with quality and presentation issues, cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and restaurant area

- Have the ability to lift objects up to 40lbs

- Work flexible hours/days including nights and weekends

- Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, and ensure smooth service, operations and quality service standards.

- All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
