Fore Property Company a privately held and growing multi-family developer and builder is seeking a Construction Foreman for our exciting new project in Happy Valley, OR.

The position is primarily responsible for managing the day to day clean up and organization of the site (by subcontractors and Fore Construction labor), in/out/sorting of waste dumpsters, and the on-site coordination of subcontractor’s materials, deliveries, and building stocking. Site Supervisor will assist project superintendent / assistant superintendents with monitoring and logging daily safety checks and QA/QC responsibilities. This is a working supervisor role, and basic carpentry skills and forklift certification are necessary. Basic computer and plan literacy is required; Supervisor will need to communicate with subcontractors and other Fore team members via email, be familiar with the project plans, and use Procore software to document inspection responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

· Manage Fore Construction temp labor for cleanup and other misc. tasks
· Monitor subcontractor daily clean up and overall site cleanliness
· Manage Fore Construction waste dumpsters for appropriate material sorting, pick-up and drop off by waste hauler.
· Manage day to day movement of subcontractor materials around the site, staging of deliveries, and building stocking.
· Manage temp heat systems during building dry-out
· Monitor temp power and lighting systems
· Misc. rough carpentry tasks and forklift use as required to fulfill above responsibilities.
· Assist project superintendent/assistant superintendents with QA/QC responsibilities
· Assist project superintendent/assistant superintendents with safety inspections and documentation
· Assist project superintendent/assistant superintendents with erosion control inspections and documentation

Requirements

· Minimum of 3-years’ experience as a construction Foreman for multi-family projects.
· Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
· Strong abilities with Excel and MS Project or other similar project management software.
· Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
