40 hours a week – LONG term. Pay will vary on experience.

Job Responsibilities

• (1) Foreman
• Holds safety as a core value and upholds safety policies within a team.
• Lead a team to produce quality work for demanding customers.
• Lead, communicate, and listen to direct reports every day.
• Ensure that the team is working towards managements direction and expectations.
• Knowledge and experience with steel fabrication, MIG welding, threaded, and grooved pipe fabrication.
• Knowledge and experience with rigging equipment, pipe, and miscellaneous materials for fabrication.
• Knowledge and experience with operating heavy equipment (forklifts, lulls, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience on plasma cutting free hand.
• Certified structural and or MIG welder with knowledge of position welds.
• Read, interpret, and communicate information from shop and product drawings.
• Work scheduled overtime during the week and on weekends when required.
• Communicate daily reports to management.
• Process paperwork for Safety, Quality, Operations, and time reporting.
• Basic math skills for calculating production metrics, weld inches completed, and daily tasks.
• Computer skills for daily reports and time reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

• Indianapolis, IN 46203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• MIG welding: 1 year (Preferred)
• pipe Fabrication: 1 year (Preferred)
• Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
