Commercial Solar - Foreman Electrician
Earthlight Technologies is a family owned and operated business based in Ellington, CT. We specialize in design and installation solutions for residential solar, commercial solar, EV charging Stations, and commercial energy efficiency. Our mission is to make the process easy and seamless.
We are looking for a talented, hardworking CT and MA licensed electrician to step into the role of foreman for our commercial division. Ideal candidates will be reliable with at least two years of experience and possess outstanding customer service and communication skills. We offer a full benefits package including a matching 401k program.
Here are some of the job duties:
Oversee daily construction on assigned project.
Keep projects organized and on track, while maintaining a high level of quality control and crew safety.
Review construction drawings, material specs, and ensure project is installed per the plans.
Provide daily updates to Construction Supervisor.
Ensure all installers on site are prepared with the proper PPE, Tools, Clothing.
Prepare and Order any Balance of System materials for site (conduit, wire etc).
Keep the site clean and organized.
Conduct Daily Safety Plan meetings prior to beginning work and ensure guidelines are followed.
Upload daily photos to the app based job folder.
Make sure the crew is clocking in and out to the correct job.
Maintain a level of preparedness for the upcoming days on the project.
Perform all work to latest National Electric Code and OSHA standards.
We require:
CT: E1 or E2 License
MA: Journeyman License
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Quality minded, ensuring that safety and productivity standards are met.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
