Our Administrative Services & Facilities team is seeking a talented individual to help support the firm’s staff of employees as a Front Desk Administrative Assistant. We’re looking for someone to join our team at a full-time capacity to start in January 2023. This position will reside in our Cleveland, Ohio office and will report to the Senior Manager of Administrative Services & Facilities.
Qualifications:
Requirements
  • Entry level position - Some office experience preferred (2 – 3 years)
  • Computer savvy – Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (particularly Word)
  • Strong attention to detail; Organized
  • Growth and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent people and communication skills with a team player attitude
  • Overtime may be required during peak times of the year, including some evenings and Saturdays

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
  • Greeting clients and visitors promptly and in a professional manner
  • Providing back-up coverage to our Receptionist in Michigan with answering and directing phone calls
  • Electronic document management and processing of tax returns
  • Processing electronic engagement letters and correspondence
  • Maintaining our electronic internal signature files, including collecting signatures from new employees.
  • Hoteling software management
  • Ordering lunches for internal meetings
  • Assisting with various projects for our Marketing, HR, IT, and Learning & Development teams
  • Quality checking final documents
  • Typing envelopes, labels, and documents
  • Scanning documents
  • Handling a variety of one-off and recurring requests which may not be listed here
