Job description
The Mainstay Suites/Red Roof Inn hotel is looking for a Part or Full time Front Desk agent. We are looking for a candidate that is outgoing and looking to excel in the customer service industry.
Job duties consist of but not limited too:
- Answering all phone calls
- Guest check-ins/check outs
- Completing reservations and excelling in sales revenue
- Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service
- Handle customer complaints with resolution
- Daily check list duties
Position requires every other weekend availability. Shifts are 7a-3p.
Hotel experience not required.
