In this entry-level position, you will greet and direct clients, answer phones and communicate efficiently with the management team. This position requires a flexible schedule and the ability to learn quickly. The successful candidate should have extensive customer service experience, ask questions to clarify any information they do not understand and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet new and returning guests, providing them with information about the hotel or motel.
- Answer and direct guests to appropriate staff members for their requests (such as wakeup calls, room service, or housekeeping); check guests in and out of the hotel or motel.
- Respond to guest requests for ice and clean towels, using some discretion to determine which requests are valid; explain fees or charges to guests and answer other questions about the hotel or motel.
- Take and record money for incidentals (such as long-distance calls or faxes) from the hotel or motel.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
