Resort Style Hotel is seeking a professional, people person who is able to provide hotel guests with information and support through out their stay with a respectful and gracious manner. Ability to work through problems to ensure the guest has a memorable experience. Able to preform front desk clerical duties during shift.

Hotel is open 7 days a week including holidays. Full time hours and Part time available.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet guests with a warm professional manner, check guests in or out
• Knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, offerings and room types in order to assist the guest with their experience on property
• Possess fluent knowledge of the city and geography of surrounding areas, familiar with local dining, shopping, wellness, entertainment, and events, in order to help the guests with their experience in the area
• Make reservations for guests in all facets of the hospitality industry: restaurants, airlines, vehicle rentals, entertainment, movies, etc
• Keeping the concierge area clean and presentable at all times.
• Maintain Shift Report for communication between concierges
• Providing constant and consistent quality service to all guests, no matter the situation. Project warmth, care and concern for all guests and being able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner.

Full Time position is offered 40 hours per week. Part-time Schedule is flexible based on your availability. Starting pay rate $13-$14 based on experience. Health Insurance Benefits available after probation period (for full time employees).
