AGS Stainless Inc., makers of Clearview® Stainless Steel Railing Systems, is seeking a skilled Receptionistto be a full-time addition to our team located on Bainbridge Island!

Job Description:

• Front office duties.
• filing, project folder creation and organizing.
• Answering, screening & forwarding calls on multiline phone system.
• Greeting guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.

Requirements:

• Skilled in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Attention to detail is a must!
• Cheerful, patient & personable demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an organized manner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent time management skills.
