We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Specialist to operate as the HR support for our Human Resources Team, Plant Manager and Plant Leadership Team. Comar’s business is growing and we need administrative talent who want to grow their career as our business grows.
THE ROLE
Front Desk Receptionist
- Greets clients, visitors and guests; determines the purpose of visits and directs or escorts to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
- Maintain Plant phone list.
- Reads and answers correspondence.
- Receives & sends UPS/FED EX packages.
- Arranges breakfast/luncheons/refreshments for meetings as requested.
- Keeps kitchen stocked.
- Orders and tracks office and kitchen supplies.
HR Administrative
- Schedule meetings and recurring appointments for Plant Human Resources (HR) team. Assists other Plant Leadership as requested.
- File documents in personnel files and handle confidential information such as FMLA Leave paperwork.
- Provide HR support for employees.
- Performs other related duties.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- High School diploma or GED required..

- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills with the ability to meet hard deadlines.
- Strong professional phone etiquette.
- Customer service oriented with solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to level and need.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced work environment.
- Computer User Proficiency:
- Microsoft Office Suite – user proficiency in WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT, OUTLOOK, and TEAMS.
- IQMS – familiarity with or ability to be trained and quickly learn.
