Massage Envy is looking for outgoing, energetic, and friendly individuals to work the front desk, provide excellent customer service to new and repeat clients, offer our Massage Wellness Program, and assist the Clinic Manager in daily operations. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional and enjoys being a wellness advocate.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Enjoys working with people
• Ability to effectively communicate membership benefits and policies
• A strong problem solving and quick thinking attitude
• Computer knowledge and the ability to learn new software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule preferred. Days and nights are available, some weekends are required
• A strong work ethic and stable work history
• Fast pace and self-directed attitude for a busy and goal driven environment
• Motivation to learn and memorize scripts, policies, and procedures through an intensive training program
• Willing to take direction from management

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members and guests at all times
• Answering phone calls, setting up appointments, resolving client issues by having a thorough knowledge of policies and procedures
• Greeting members and guests upon arrival
• Selling our Massage Wellness Program and meeting sales and closing percentage goals
• Assisting in maintaining a professional, clean, and organized reception and front desk area by assisting in cleaning and administrative tasks
• Assisting in maintaining the cleanliness of the therapy rooms, common areas, and restrooms
• Various duties assigned by Clinic Management
