Seeking a talented Receptionist with Graphic Design skills to join our growing agent support team at Nest Seekers International.

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to multi-task, produce design concepts in a fast-paced environment and deliver on time
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude under pressure, presentable and responsible.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent administrative, organisational, time-management, and general reception skills.
• A confident, clear, and calm communicator.
• The ability to use your initiative.

Receptionist Duties

• Phone and front desk reception coordination
• Database & records management.
• Agent Onboarding and support

Design Duties

• Typical design projects include graphics for web and print including show sheets, postcards, marketing booklets, flyers, banners, and infographics. You will need to demonstrate a portfolio of designs created using Adobe Indesign or Illustrator.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

• New York, NY 10022: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
