Job Description

  • Clean and Safe Environment: A clean restaurant communicates that we care about the space we work in. Our guests are coming to eat with us and whether it is the parking lot, the dining room, the bathroom, or the counter area we want to our guests to feel safe and cared for.
  • Genuine Hospitality: whether in the drive-thru, dining room, or during non-peak hours, you will be working with others! It’s important that you enjoy interacting with both Guests and Team Members for long periods of time.
  • Fast & Accurate Service: each position in the restaurant requires either constant motion, constant conversation, or both — all while maintaining attention to detail. It’s important that you enjoy staying busy and doing a great job.
  • Help Others Win: no one can do it alone. We must constantly coach, challenge, and communicate with each other in order to reach our goals! It’s important that you are reliable and enjoy being a part of our team.

All positions will primarily work at one of our two locations which are both easily accessible from all means of transportation.

How to prepare for your interview(s):

  • Plan ahead: expect each interview to take about 30 minutes. Bring a blue or black ink pen and a printed resume (resume optional). Here are some of the prompts we may discuss:
    • “Tell me a little bit about yourself”
    • Tell me about a time you faced a conflict while working on a team? How did you handle that and what was the outcome?
    • Describe a time when you saw a problem and took the initiative to correct it rather than waiting for someone else to do it
  • Dress appropriately
  • Arrive on time or early
