We’re searching for a Fulfillment Lead / Shipping Lead / Supervisor to add to our incredible team here at Loopy. We're looking for an experienced, energetic leader with a positive attitude who will thrive in a fast-paced E-Commerce environment. If you feel this describes you, we’d love to hear from you!
The Fulfillment Lead is responsible for keeping our shipping team motivated and on task all while keeping the department running as efficiently as possible. We pride ourselves on having speedy shipping, our goal is always to ship on the same day!
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure your team is getting orders out as quickly and accurately as possible
- Ability to adaptive problem solve when necessary
- Evaluate team member performance and quality of work
- Assist with training of team members when necessary
- Foster growth and development of team member
- Opening and/or closing the warehouse
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1 year of shipping/order fulfillment experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Full-time availability 5 days per week, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays
- Must be diligent and able to follow through on tasks
- Proficient in G-Suite products (Google docs, sheets, calendar) preferred
