With our Full Service Lease program, your lease includes maintenance and repairs as well as replacement units if your tractor is down for an extended period of time. Our team of professional logistics coordinators has excellent relationships with shippers and brokers to keep you loaded and rolling with huge profits. Home time isn't an issue for our team and your preferences are always taken into consideration with no forced dispatch.

TRUCK COMPENSATION AND DEDUCTIONS VAN

72% of the line haul and 100% fuel surcharge

They will have trailer rent (most are $235 per week)
$100 per week for Omni, Occ Acc and Bobtail –OR- $150 per week if you also need plates
Physical damage will depend on the value of the truck
$25 per week for fuel tax
$50 per week for maintenance escrow
$50 per week Hardware Deposit ($550 total collected, to be refunded upon return of hardware)
All deductions will be deferred till Sunday of your 2nd week

DRIVER REFERRAL PROGRAM
Every driver receives business cards to pass out to potential drivers. The bonus payout structure is as follows:
$100 paid upon driver’s first dispatch
$200 paid upon 30 days
$200 paid upon 60 days
$1,000 paid at driver’s one year anniversary
$1,000 paid at driver’s two year anniversary
