CCS is offering a full time dryer vent cleaning and pressure washing technician position based in Charlotte, NC.

In this role you will be cleaning dryer vents and pressure washing for apartment communities around the US and will require travel up to 100% of the time. You must be flexible to travel as needed for this position. All travel includes company paid lodging, transportation and per diems.

This is a full time, year round, position with all major holidays paid and off. You will have room to grow in this position as the company grows.

Pay starts at $16 per hr with a guaranteed 40 hours per week. Pay increase after probation period of 90 days.

Must haves:

-drivers license and clean background

-ability to travel for extended periods of time

-ability to pass drug test

-“can do” attitude

-be a team player

-ability to carry up to 50 lbs up and down stairs without assistance.

-customer service skills when interacting with residents.
