Over Night Front Desk/Customer Service Clerk for a Condominium

Job Summary

Overnight Front Desk/Customer Service Clerk

Ocean Tower One is a Condominium by the ocean. Our building has a small group of friendly and helpful coworkers. We are looking for your ability to connect with those around you. The front desk clerk works directly with residents, guests, and vendors. Your responsibility ranges from delivering packages, to escorting residents and guests, to creating service request, as well as working alongside the valet team.

• Immediate opportunity All Shift available including part time
• One Full Time Over Night Position available
• Located: Key Biscayne, FL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Good Communicate skills
• Ability to provide customer service
• Perform packaging, accessories inventory and delivery.
• Perform building inspections
• Customer Service clerks must be clean shaven, keep hair trimmed and neat, have good hygiene, and keep the uniform in excellent condition.
• Have a reliable car to enter the island.
• Employees must have the ability to work well with others.

EDUCATION & SKILLS

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents, colleagues, and guests.
• Good organizational skills with ability to multitask.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• English (Required)
• Spanish (Preferred)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• The employee is frequently required to stand, walk the property, climb stairs.
• The employee must be able to lift, push and /or move up at least 10 pounds.
