NetEase has already critically acclaimed mobile or PC games such as Knives Out, Diablo: Immortal, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened, MARVEL Super War, Onmyoji, Identity Ⅴ, Naraka: Bladepoint, etc. Job Duties： 1.Plan and execute studies independently to learn user behaviors by means of quantitative and qualitative research including playtest, surveys and user interviews 2.Pay close attention to game localizations in North America, and partner with designers and producers on game teams to improve user experience through evaluation and follow-up 3.Develop design standards suitable for North America countries 4.Regularly track and evaluate the detailed process of the game experience; 5.Assist in building up the new research channels

What You Bring 1.At least 2 years of experience in user experience research. Experience in the mobile game industry is preferred. 2.Bachelor’s degree required (preferred branches of psychology, anthropology, human factors, human computer interaction, communications, market research, game design, or related fields). 3.Familiarity in qualitative and quantitative research methods and tools 4.Plus: experience with FPS/MMORPG/Gacha RPG/Strategy games, focus groups, interviews, card sorts or field studies.
