The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting for a General Dentist for a Community Health Center in Keokuk, IA.
Practice Details:
- Schedule: Full time- flexibility to work four 10 hour shifts if desired.
- Clinic Hours: Monday 8:00am-6:30pm, T/W 8:00am-4:30pm, Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
- Patients: 15 patients per day
- Number of Operatories: 12
- Current Staff: 2 Dentists, 2 dental hygienists, dental assistants and support staff.
- Successful candidate will perform periodontics, oral surgery, prosthodontics, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, refer patients to the necessary specialist for services outside scope of practice for general dentistry.

- Dental EHR= Dentrix
- Dental clinic will be newly constructed and 7,200 sq. ft. facility
- Mission is to provide affordable, comprehensive, culturally appropriate, cost effective care to residents of Southeastern Iowa
- Health Center established November of 2001 and became a FQHC in September of 2002
- 5 primary care clinic sites in Iowa and Illinois

- Hospital in area is a 49 bed, community based short term acute care facility
