Daily Duties

• Creating a safe and welcoming environment for employees and customers
• Doing shift work when the schedule calls for it
• Organizing and maintaining a clean work environment in the front and back of house
• Reviewing schedule daily for possible gaps
• Placing back of house employees into the right spots in the kitchen.
• Placing Front of house in the correct spots in the front of house
• Maintaining menu on toast with updated pricing and correct buttons
• Maintaining the analog menu board as well
• Making sure we’re stocked up on all the necessary items that we use
• Make sure we have all our frozen items defrosting and available for prep (kitchen)

Weekly Duties

• Overseeing ordering while delegating the day-to-day ordering to a lead back of house employee
• Maintaining relationships and clear lines of communications with distributors and suppliers
• Preparing and publishing the segments schedule
• Responding to scheduling requests from employees and communicating those requests with management and ownership
• Meeting with Ownership to communicate progress and activity of restaurant
• Meeting with other managers for check-ins on how the restaurant is going
• Meeting with employees for morale check ins
• Maintaining the restaurants mechanical workings

Monthly Duties

• Booking events
• Booking musical acts
• Organizing and filing receipts
• Keeping up-to-date records for Bassett, food handlers and other certifications for employees
• Connect with a community organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
