Blue Flame is a fast-growing company that manages five hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Comfort Suites North, the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location), and the Fairfield Inn & Suites.As the General Manager for the dual property, your general responsibilities will be to optimize & maximize guest and associate experience and effectively manage and motivate associates to ensure the achievement of overall financial results, as well as guest and associate satisfaction. You will also be responsible for the overall success of the hotels; using strong leadership skills to drive revenue, maximize profits, and ensure quality as well as be the champion of the hotels’ internal and external communications and record keeping. It is preferred that you have at 5 years of progressive hotel management experience with a proven record of successfully leading teams, a Bachelor’s degree, prior leadership over direct sales efforts producing at least 50% market mix of total revenues, and proven success in managing guest services and expectations.
