Job Description Summary

The GM USCAN GEHC PDx will provide overall vision, strategic direction and leadership of the GEHC PDx USCAN Commercial teams, with full P&L responsibilities of both PDx segments: Contrast Media and Molecular Imaging. Managing, leading, and inspiring commercial and functional leaders and a large sales team.

The mission is to maintain market leadership of the Contrast Media market and grow the business beyond the market growth of 4 -5% while growing our profit margins and develop and grow our high value molecular Imaging diagnostics segment. Lead several commercial strategies; mature high value markets in, defence of generics and launch new innovative products.

The role is also member of the PDx Global Leadership Team and thus will contribute to the overall strategy agenda of this segment.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue growth, market share, and profitability of the pharmaceutical diagnostic business.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launch, market access, and product lifecycle management.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and performance metrics to achieve business objectives.
  • Participate in the development and execution of global initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Act as a key spokesperson for the company, representing the company to external audiences, including investors, customers, and the media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on commercial operations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading sales and marketing teams, developing and implementing commercial strategies, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the USCAN diagnostics market, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and reimbursement landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and across multiple functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
