General Manager/ Manager Functions:

· Direct the daily operation of the restaurant

· Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product preparation and delivery, guest service, maintenance and repair, and inventory management

· Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring the best candidates for the right positions

· Motivate and train team members toward higher efficiency and skill levels

· Execute scheduling and operational directives to meet the needs of the business while maintaining financial responsibility

· Sustain an organized, clean, and safe work environment

· Maintain confidential and sensitive information

Who we're looking for:

· 3-5 years in Restaurant Management, Full Service Casual Dining or QSR/Fast Food

· Disciplined, Self-Starter

· Someone who can hold themselves and their TEAM Accountable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
