General Manager Position Summary
Our General Managers are directly responsible for the overall direction, motivation, coordination and
evaluation of their store. A store manager oversees all sales, accounting, service and collection
activities at the single-store level while delegating certain responsibilities to their respective team
members. Managers are expected to meet company objectives, maintain inventory and continually
nurture a family culture that focuses on serving the customer.

Requirements/Responsibilities

• Experience in P&L Management
• Experience in leadership / leading a team
• Experience in developing / opening stores
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Create and meet sales targets / goals • Implementing promotions
• Strong verbal communication skills • Strong computer skills
• Automotive experience a plus
• Rent-to-own experience a plus Other Requirements / Preferences:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
• Pass drug screen and background screening
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs
• Proficiency in English

Prior experience as a, manager, store manager, sales manager, service manager, retail manager.
