Fitness Studio - General Manager (Sales)

Join the HOTWORX Team! We are a 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio - the first-ever implementation of 3-dimensional training. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2), & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga to Hot Cycle, Hot Pilates, weight training, and more. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor and are suitable for all fitness levels to give members MORE WORKOUT IN LESS TIME!

General Managers must be prepared for an exciting opportunity with unlimited earning potential while helping the community burn massive amounts of calories!!

Candidates interested in joining our team should expect to be successful in the following:

• Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
• Showing up daily on time with the mindset to execute every job duty and function with absolute Enthusiasm – 40-hour workweek
• Providing superior service to members at all times by creating a positive and motivating environment
• Coaching and training sales staff while achieving personal sales goals to lead by example, along with interviewing, hiring, and terminating staff
• Meeting with and reporting on sales trends and prospecting efforts to leadership daily
• Managing staff schedules, process payroll, manage the studio relating to all equipment maintenance
• Utilizing social media and all other marketing and advertising media to engage members and the community and to help grow the member base and brand awareness daily
• Using online platforms and software for customer relations management processes, POS systems for membership sales, billing and collections, and email and texting campaigns.
• Completing all required training, both online and in-person, to ensure you have all the tools needed to be successful
• **Be able to work evenings until 8:30pm M-Th. And 6:30pm on Fri.
