Job Summary

Milwaukee Public Schools is actively recruiting current college students and retirees for a part-time school support employment opportunity. Flexible work hours during the school day will allow candidates to sign up for shifts that fit into their current class schedules or busy lifestyles.

General school support staff will provide support to teachers and students on the playground and in the classroom and/or cafeteria, as well as, other duties as assigned. Placements are available across the district and assignments will be determined based on need. Selected candidates will be part of the placement process and determination.

This is a part-time position that should not exceed 25 hours a week.

Non Benefit Eligible position.

Hourly wage: $15.00

Hiring is subject to a criminal background check and fitness-for-duty physical including a drug screening.

Qualifications

High School diploma required.
