A critical component of this networked organization has been the creation of Platform Services as new backbone of our operating structure through a network of globally scaled services. Marketing & PACS platform services is one of the critical service hubs. The Company is transforming its approach and capabilities as it relates to Marketing Intelligence, and specifically its analytics discipline, to deliver globally scaled, comparable, and insightful analytics solutions that will enable competitively advantaged Marketing.

End-to-End Communication Analytics have been identified as a critical growth pillars for the Company. The Global Director End-to-End Communication Analytics is responsible for developing this critical analytic capability across the enterprise. You will report to the VP, Global Marketing Analytics.

Your Role is Critical to Drive Marketing Transformation at TCCC:

You will develop the global E2E communications analytics capability at TCCC that enables every marketer to make better and faster data-driven decisions by moving from a siloed, market-by-market approach to a unified, globally scaled approach to develop, test, measure and optimize E2E experiences across our global brand platforms. You will be a key partner to our Studio X / Open X and IMX & Category teams to provide analytics as key enabler through the whole experience loop right from the beginning – from audience planning to creative / experience testing and inflight-optimization. You will provide analytic solutions and insights to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness while providing analytic guidance to increase our weekly + consumer base. You will report in real time on experiences, metrics, and diagnostic for marketing actions, as well as provide analysis at speed and to scale. The solutions you are developing will be scaled with the necessary depth for use for both Central and OU teams. You will develop dashboarding analytic technology, data visualization, and predictive models. You will build, lead, and mentor a team – your own team and across the Marketing Analytics Team.

Education and Related Work Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MBA or Master’s preferred.

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience.

  • Ideally needs to have worked in roles that have developed both strategic and operations capability.

Technical Experience

  • Intimate knowledge of analyzing the impact of marketing activities, including analyzing owned and earned media, digital vs traditional channels, innovation, in-store, and more.

  • Deep knowledge of CPG analytics including experience analyzing Nielsen/IRI sales data.

  • Experience in developing scalable analytic solutions that deliver results near real time.

  • Technical experience in at least two of the following areas: marketing mix modeling, conducting research on media effectiveness, acquiring, and analyzing owned and earned media data, building power bi dashboards, designing data models, SQL, programming, econometric modeling, working with data in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure).
