YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
YOU WILL...
- build and manage a global partner management team with focus on the USA and Germany
- develop and implement strategies for partner sales in cooperation with the sales and marketing team
- design the structures supporting a highly scalable partner management
- acquire new partners and intensify collaborations with existing partners to maximize partner revenue
- increase partners' know-how through technical and commercial training
- accompany the partners in the sales process from lead generation to joint appointments with the customer, right through to quoting and subsequent cross- and upselling
- track and actively promote the evolution of the customer pipeline with partners
- develop partner campaigns and events in cooperation with the partners
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
YOU...
- have at least ten years of experience in a leading position in partner management
- have experience in building and scaling international partner organizations in the context of software and hardware solutions for industry
- have the ability to understand the partner's business model and place our products profitably
- have enthusiasm for the topics Industrial Internet of Things, Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory
- have a confident appearance, assertiveness and a high level of social competence
- are fluent English, German language skills Nice2Have
