YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the conceptualization and execution of all areas within the thumbnail process
• Generate unique and creative ideas for thumbnails that will drive the YouTube audience to click on our videos
• Utilize photoshop and photo manipulation mastery in order to create realistic composites
• Coordinate with the team on how to capture the best assets possible. This includes everything from framing, facial expressions, content of the photos, custom sets being coordinated/built by set design team, and anything else regarding the creation of thumbnail assets
• Provide high quality pieces, often on short notice
• Stay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail space
• Utilize analytics and other data points to ensure optimal performance and interest for all thumbnails
• Coordinate with external designers to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
• Create art including: avatars and characters, high quality custom text work, icons, etc.
• All other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years Photoshop and Graphic Design experience
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment creatively and effectively.
• Rockstar interpersonal skills to ensure the ability to collaborate with varied levels of management, peers, and talent across varying teams.
• Knowledge and ability to operate basic camera equipment, lighting, and technology.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment across multiple platforms.
• Proficient and comfortable with all social media platforms and office equipment (Computer skills – G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Outlook, Excel, Slack, etc.)
• Be readily available to complete last-minute requests. Including the ability to work a standard 40-50 hour full time work week including some nights and weekends.
