Since launching in 2013, we now operate in Chicago, DC, Dallas, and Austin, rapidly scaling nationwide.
A Guest Relations Coordinator is the bridge between our store & delivery operations teams and our customers, ensuring support is provided in a timely manner, and action is taken to create experience improvements.
Our Coordinators must have weekend availability, and will generally work 20+ hours per week. And while this role can be done 100% remotely, we do prefer you to live in Chicago, Dallas, DMV, or Austin, so you can have first-hand familiarity with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Serve as point of contact for customer communication, across stores & our delivery teams, regarding order status, delivery times, inventory / stock, hours of operation and other common questions.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, in a timely & professional manner.
- Collaborate and cooperate with other Guest Relations Coordinators, to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through.
- Act as a company ambassador and exemplify Foxtrot values at all times, even in challenging situations.
- Help to identify and surface trends across customer interactions to drive improvements.
- Strive to meet and go above team goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, service-infused role.
- Experience working with a CRM platform is required; preferably Kustomer or Salesforce.
- Detail-oriented and a drive to follow-through.
- Must be able to monitor and manage different conversations or activities, especially in peak hours.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Currently residing in Chicago, Dallas, DMV, or Austin.
