Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for a reliable, friendly, team player who has experience in customer service for our Guest Relations Specialist position. The person in this position is responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our guests, franchisees and team members by receiving, addressing, and resolving inquiries and concerns in the Culver’s True Blue way!

If you are someone who:

• has 1-3 years customer service experience, ideally in person, over the phone, and via email
• enjoys helping people and likes making their day a little brighter
• is an effective and professional verbal and written communicator
• is effective at maintaining files, records and documents
• is proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and PowerPoint
• would enjoy the opportunity to work with a growing brand and business

This position offers full-time hours from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday with generous benefits including Paid Time Off and "restoration Friday's." Join us in our beautiful Support Center in Prairie du Sac, Wisconsin right on the Wisconsin River!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.50 per hour
